***NON-CANCELLATION POLICY ***
Due to the limited seating available at GEORGE TROIS, a non-cancellation policy is necessary and appropriate in order to facilitate and effectuate optimum patron usage. Accordingly, Patrons making reservations and prepayment for the dining experience, shall be subject to the following express conditions:
- The Patron’s reservation shall be non-transferrable and not assignable under any circumstance.
- The Patron’s inability to attend the reserved dining time and date for any reason whatsoever, shall not entitle the Patron to a refund of the prepayment made. Rather, the Patron shall be allowed to reschedule the dining reservation to a subsequent date and time as available.
- The Patron’s rescheduling of the dining time and date shall be subject to and assessed a rescheduling fee of ten percent (10%) of the prepayment amount if made more than seven (7) days prior to the time and date of the reservation. If made seven (7) days or less before the time and date of the reservation, the rescheduling fee shall be twenty percent (20%) of the prepayment amount. The rescheduling fee shall be paid at the time the Patron reschedules the time and date for the reservation.
- A Patron not utilizing the time and date reserved and not rescheduling said reservation, shall forfeit in full the total prepayment made, as no refund shall be made to said Patron under these circumstances.
