George Trois is a perfect balance of classic and contemporary method & technique fused with the high bred cuisine that I have encouraged to evolve with my team over the years. This is, without a doubt, not your Grandfather’s French restaurant experience.
This is a sophisticated and elegant dining experience with no pretension whatsoever. We’ll be having fun the entire evening and want you, as our guests, to do the same. Families, Friends or Business, you will not have an experience anywhere that will allow you to enjoy not only the food but each other as well. A great meal is all about the company that you share it with.
I am a third generation chef and as I welcome you to George Trois you will also be greeted by Sergio, Daniel and Alfredo. We will be your team for the evening and all of these gentlemen are as much family to me as anything. You will see this as the evening unfolds.
The atmosphere of George Trois is one of restrained and refined elegance. Simple, pristine and absent of arrogance. As I welcome you, you will, as the courses begin to arrive, come to realize how proud I am that you have allowed me to cook for you. It is my privilege.

Seating’s for George Trois are as follows:
Thursday thru Sunday, 6:00, 7:00 and 8:00 pm.
All reservations must be made with a $40 per guest, non-refundable deposit 24 hours in advance of dining. Book your George Trois experience by calling directly. (847) 562-6105.
Your experience at George Trois will be a 10 course, chef designed, tasting menu. The cost is $190 per guest (plus tax and gratuity). Any additional beverage service, including wine flight and selections from the list, are an additional charge. Please see reservation cancellation policy and dress code here.
***NON-CANCELLATION POLICY ***
Due to the limited seating available at GEORGE TROIS, a non-cancellation policy is necessary and appropriate in order to facilitate and effectuate optimum patron usage. Accordingly, Patrons making reservations and prepayment for the dining experience, shall be subject to the following express conditions:
- The Patron’s reservation shall be non-transferrable and not assignable under any circumstance.
- The Patron’s inability to attend the reserved dining time and date for any reason whatsoever, shall not entitle the Patron to a refund of the prepayment made. Rather, the Patron shall be allowed to reschedule the dining reservation to a subsequent date and time as available.
- The Patron’s rescheduling of the dining time and date shall be subject to and assessed a rescheduling fee of ten percent (10%) of the prepayment amount if made more than seven (7) days prior to the time and date of the reservation. If made seven (7) days or less before the time and date of the reservation, the rescheduling fee shall be twenty percent (20%) of the prepayment amount. The rescheduling fee shall be paid at the time the Patron reschedules the time and date for the reservation.
- A Patron not utilizing the time and date reserved and not rescheduling said reservation, shall forfeit in full the total prepayment made, as no refund shall be made to said Patron under these circumstances.
